Rainbow Door always strives to provide high quality services, we would be happy to hear from you about what it was like to use our service.  Sometimes you may want to tell us about what we did well but from time to time people may not be happy with the service they have received. In these cases, we understand that people may wish to provide us with feedback. 

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW

Rainbow Door will not discriminate against anyone for making a complaint or providing constructive feedback.You can choose to be supported by an advocate or person of your choice at any time.You can provide feedback by email, letter or phone. 

When you provide us with feedback, we will respond to it within 3 working days. If Rainbow Door is unable to respond in 3 working days, Rainbow Door will notify and let you know the soonest possible date we can respond.
