Rainbow Door is a free, specialist helpline providing support, information and referral to all LGBTIQA+ people in Victoria, their friends, families and peers.
You might just be looking for advice, or you may be needing some further support and referrals.
We understand that everyone has different circumstances, and we aim to meet you where you are at, and assist you on your journey.

Our text message service works through your phone like a regular sms message you would send a friend. You can contact us any time of day, and we will return your text during our operating hours of 10am – 5pm, every day.

In language support
Rainbow Door offers support in languages other than English (including Auslan) through our free interpreter service.
To access in-language support, please call us on 1800 729 367 and tell us the language you speak. We will connect you to the interpreter service.
